Our aim is to improve lives through socially responsible development and to transform communities by generating an abundance of opportunities for all people.
To achieve our goals we convert underutilized properties, especially empty downtown offce towers, into multifamily properties offering a
significant number of affordable units.
By repurposing buildings that can no longer fulfill their purpose, by using green construction, and by incorporating community needs into design, we aim to create properties that better support people and communities and that remain ecologically viable into the future.

All of our developments include housing units with modern designs at rates that meet or exceed industry-established affordability criteria.
We offer units and common areas that meet or exceed accessibility industry standards and, increasingly, Universal Design principles.
We build with the objective of meeting stringent greenhouse gas and energy targets. We prioritize local labour and locally sourced and manufactured materials.
We work with community organizations to foster trust, improve understanding of community and stakeholder needs, ensure access, and maximize community impact.
